🎯 Requirements

5+ years MedTech PM/Commercial Ops; surgical sales cycle and CPQ.
3+ years PM at a software company; launching enterprise SaaS.
Strategic influence across multiple product teams to drive roadmaps.
Analytical rigor with data-driven mindset to uncover customer needs.
Technical execution: write specs, manage backlogs, lead Agile teams.
Nice to Have: Conversational AI/LLMs; Vault Platform exposure.
