Senior Product Manager, User Data Platform

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end user data platform charter across ingestion, storage, and queries.
• Make ingestion and identity reliable at scale with clear SLOs.
• Modernize storage, schemas, and guardrails to keep only useful data.
• Enable Nova and product teams with better data and guardrails for AI features.
• Work at the heart of Iterable's data plane: ingestion, storage, and queries.
• Shape how data moves and how decisions and AI experiences are powered.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, backend/platform/data infra.
• Hands-on with user and event data systems: ingestion pipelines, identity models, event stores, Elasticsearch.
• Strong APIs and schemas: JSON payloads, nesting vs flattening, breaking changes.
• Familiar with distributed systems and data infra: Kafka/Pulsar, Redis, relational/NoSQL, search engines.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML or data science teams on data quality and semantics.
• Strong SQL and data-driven prioritization.
