📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.
• Build scalable identity verification primitives on the platform.
• Design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience with privacy and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional execution, balancing privacy, trust, and global regulation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding product experience.
• Strong fintech background, ideally with Web3 exposure.
• Hands-on with IDV providers (Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, Stripe Identity).
• Familiar with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and CDD processes.
• Track record delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams.
• Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience.
