📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for trading platform impacting all advisors.
• Architect a comprehensive product strategy for trading, balancing speed and reliability.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Lead high-stakes technical and vendor decisions, evaluating builds against third-party integrations.
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate product development.
• Serve as primary authority on trading product health, monitor KPIs.
• Liaise with Compliance and Trading Operations to align with regulated environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management in tech or fintech.
• Experience in trading or investment platforms; OMS/EMS familiarity helps.
• Foundational financial acumen: investment terms and calculations.
• Deep technical literacy to engage with engineers and assess trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication to distill goals into concrete requirements.
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours.
• Hybrid based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
