Senior Product Manager, Trading

📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Altruist's trading platform.
• Architect a comprehensive product strategy for trading functionality with reliable execution.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Ops to deliver trading workflows.
• Lead high-stakes technical and vendor decisions; evaluate builds vs third-party integrations.
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate product development.
• Serve as the primary authority on trading product health, tracking KPIs and bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management in tech/fintech; Bachelor's required; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Trading or investment platforms; OMS/EMS familiarity.
• Foundational financial acumen; investment management terms and broker-dealer ops.
• Deep technical literacy; able to engage with engineers and understand system trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication; translate strategy into concrete requirements and align stakeholders.
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours.
