- Own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenized stock trading on OKX DEX.
- Translate traditional brokerage experience into a native DEX workflow.
- Partner with Growth and Operations to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume.
- Identify tokenized-equities opportunities: issuers, RWA, market structure, and regulatory constraints.
- Lead end-to-end execution: PRDs, prototypes, docs; coordinate with R&D, UI/UX, QA, Compliance, Marketing.
- Define and monitor core KPIs (volume, MAU, retention, fill rates); use research to optimize.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in product management; 2+ years building equities/brokerage products.
- Deep knowledge of traditional equities market structure: order types, routing, settlement, and custody.
- Working knowledge of on-chain/DEX stacks: wallets, AMMs vs order books, on-chain settlement.
- Strong user research and analysis skills; experience with interviews and usability studies.
- Strong IC ownership; drive end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency a plus; Bachelor's degree or higher.
