📋 Description

• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Identify new product opportunities with market research and client insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, legal, and ops to define specs.
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization.
• Create and maintain user stories, flows, and project plans.
• Communicate updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management or relevant institutional finance/tech roles.
• Foundational knowledge in institutional finance (capital markets, asset management) and product development.
• Insatiable curiosity; quick learner of complex technical and financial concepts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments; interest in digital assets and tokenization/DeFi.
