📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Teams expansion: strategy, flows, licensing, admin UX.
• Identify high-leverage problems with customers and research.
• Design and ship expansion experiences—invite flows, join surfaces, licensing on-ramps, admin UX.
• Define and track metrics: expansion rates, admin approvals, join success, license growth.
• Bridge Engineering, Design, Research, Growth to align cross-functional workstreams.
• Represent expansion workstream to senior leaders with clear progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through disciplined discovery, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong customer instincts, particularly for SMB teams in construction and media/creative production.
• Fluency with data and metrics; analyze funnels, interpret experiments, and use signals to inform decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaborator; build trust with engineering, design, data science, and growth.
• Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal; distill complex strategies for senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity across a broad surface area; hold system-level view while deep-diving when needed.
