📋 Description

• Lead 0-to-1 payroll tax product initiatives with autonomy.
• Own discovery, strategy, and execution for new payroll tax products.

• Identify high-leverage bets and reduce ambiguity.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience; 3+ years in 0-to-1 work.
• Strong product discovery in ambiguity.
• Built 0-to-1 products in highly regulated domains.
• Experience with Gen AI/ML for personalized products.
• Cross-functional collaborator and leader.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap; build business cases.
