- Comfortable designing and interpreting experiments; data-driven decisions
- Experience working across global markets; balance consistency with localization
- Strong judgment in product prioritization trade-offs
- Clear communicator; collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable in ambiguity
