  • Own activation, onboarding, provisioning, entitlements, and maintenance workflows
  • Partner with Engineering to design scalable, API-driven solutions for growth
  • Translate customer and internal needs into clear product requirements
  • Drive product-led growth experiences to help customers activate and expand usage
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to support GTM motion
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog with Engineering on scope and tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management in SaaS or platform-adjacent roles
  • Experience owning end-user subscription, accounts, provisioning, or lifecycle workflows
  • Strong understanding of APIs and large systems and their effect on engineering complexity
  • Demonstrated product-led growth from activation through expansion
  • Comfort working with Engineering to define technical requirements and scope
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, UX, Sales, CS, Onboarding, Support, Enablement
