Senior Product Manager, Shared Platform

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shared Services.
• Balance needs of internal product teams and external end users.
• Lead discovery with directors, staff, and families to identify friction.
• Partner with engineering to shape architecture of shared services.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Use AI prototyping tools to validate ideas with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipping platform, infrastructure, or shared services with roadmap ownership.
• Balance internal teams and external end users' needs.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand experiences and friction.
• Strong technical grounding: APIs, authentication, event-driven messaging, payments.
• Evaluate build/buy/integrate decisions; vendor assessment.
• Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code).
