Senior Product Manager, Servicing & Collections

📋 Description

• Define end-to-end servicing and collections strategy for all Earnest loans.
• Lead borrower experience across web and mobile; boost repayment and retention.
• Drive repayment performance, DQ, and cost-to-serve with digital-first servicing.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Eng, Design, Analytics to deliver compliant journeys.
• Define, own, and report core servicing KPIs to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience delivering servicing, payments, or post-origination fintech products.
• Strong data fluency with metrics, performance analysis, and experiments.
• Customer-first mindset balancing empathy, business outcomes, and risk.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in regulated environments with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
