Senior Product Manager, Security & Infra

📋 Description

• Own IAM/security product roadmap for IT Infra & Ops.
• Translate security needs into product outcomes across Okta, VDI, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, SaaS.
• Define end-to-end joiner/mover/leaver provisioning with automation.
• Own the VDI and secure remote access; define SLIs, SLOs, and incident playbooks.
• Collaborate with Security, People, IT Eng, Compliance to align priorities and secure by default.
• Track key metrics: time-to-access, ticket reductions, SSO coverage, audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT product management or TPM focused on SaaS identity/security.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, MDM, and VDI.
• Strong IAM concepts: SSO, federation, RBAC, lifecycle, privileged access.
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Mac for secure access and device mgmt.
• Automation workflows for provisioning, group mgmt, and device/SaaS lifecycle actions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git; work with engineers on releases.
