Senior Product Manager, Security AI

📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategy for secure AI development at scale.
• Shape roadmap for model governance, secure deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, Eng, and Data Science.
• Establish measurable health metrics for AI systems and incident readiness.
• Guide teams through secure AI adoption with intake processes and guardrails.
• Role based in Bellevue, WA with in-person attendance at least 3 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building and launching consumer products.
• Proven experience defining and developing AI-powered products.
• Fintech or consumer AI product experience is a plus.
• Experimentation platforms and A/B testing for ML systems.
• Understanding of fine-tuning, evaluations, and ML optimization.
• Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
