Senior Product Manager, Replication  Storage Engines

📋 Description

• Own product direction, roadmap, and execution for replication and storage engine layers to ensure durability, availability, and performance.
• Define the long-term WiredTiger roadmap, balancing architecture with near-term needs.
• Define and track SLOs for replication lag, failover time, storage engine health, and data durability.
• Translate ambiguous customer pain into actionable priorities for Storage Engines, framed in outcomes.
• Lead escalations with Support and Engineering to resolve issues and reduce churn risk.
• Drive replication protocol improvements (elections, consensus, failover, read/write semantics) and own oplog and replica-set configuration.
