Senior Product Manager, Record to Report

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product leadership to define vision, strategy, roadmap, and GTM for FloQast's R2R.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Engineering to align product and engineering direction.
• Execute product strategy across key R2R workflows: consolidation, variance analysis, reporting.
• Lead embedding of AI across R2R to improve speed, quality, trust, and usability.
• Coach PMs to clarify problem spaces, sharpen priorities, and improve execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, CS, Implementation, Support, Sales, Marketing, and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex B2B SaaS.
• Strong track record leading product strategy and execution for technically complex or workflow-heavy products.
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes: shaping long-term strategy, roadmap calls, and execution details.
• Strong product and business judgment to identify critical requirements and hard prioritization.
• Player-coach mindset to elevate other PMs and raise the standard.
