🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in recommendations, personalization, or ML driven areas.
- Strong analytical rigor; comfortable with experiment design, A/B testing, and metric frameworks.
- Proven ownership and bias to action; track record of end to end initiatives shipped.
- Technical depth; experience collaborating with ML engineers and data scientists on ranking and signal based systems.
- Excellent cross functional leadership; influence across Eng, Data Science, Design, Business, and Content.
- Experience with recommendation systems and personalization at scale (100M+ users); GenAI in product discovery.
