(Senior) Product Manager, Rare Disease

📋 Description

• Develop or co-develop and execute the product roadmap for one or more emerging business products.
• Deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational limitations.
• Manage product performance and coordinate across departments: PM, R&D, Software Eng, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and BD.
• Develop quantitative product performance indicators, analyze data, and identify improvement strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and build business cases and financial models.
• Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to test features and drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years experience including 2-3 years in product management or related roles.
• Experience with rare disease products (WGS/WES), medical devices, or diagnostics preferred.
• Life Sciences industry expertise preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration across teams; ability to influence.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; basic financial/economic modeling; strong written and oral communication.
