Senior Product Manager, Provider Experience

📋 Description

• Own problem discovery and delivery for provider workflows.
• Translate needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and plans.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, clinical ops, and compliance to ship high-quality experiences.
• Stay connected to providers' and patients' day-to-day workflows through research and data.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate to improve usability and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and leadership, aligning goals, progress, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, building and shipping user-centric products with complex workflows.
• End-to-end lifecycle from discovery to execution.
• Data-informed with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Strong product judgment and UX sensibility.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Cross-functional partner who communicates clearly and drives progress without formal authority.
