🎯 Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management at a proptech or fintech company.
- Hands-on experience at a property tax optimization firm (Ownwell, O’Connor, or similar).
- Extensive experience with agile product and engineering teams in startup/rapid-growth environments.
- Strong general manager mindset: margins, acquisition costs, and retention.
- Embraces AI tools and uses them regularly to accelerate research, analysis, product development, and operational workflows.
- Ability to build from scratch in a zero-to-one role and manage cross-functional workflows.
