Senior Product Manager, Profiles Platform

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s Profiles Platform
• Define how customer profile data is structured, processed, and served
• Work at the intersection of data infrastructure, computed data, and scalability
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week in SF office; remote candidates not considered
• Partner with engineering to evolve profile data architecture at scale
• Define and track metrics around data quality, performance, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in platform, data infrastructure, or backend systems
• Experience with data models, pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems
• Comfortable operating in highly technical environments and partnering with engineering
• Experience driving cross-team alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Think in terms of systems and tradeoffs (scale, cost, performance, usability)
• Balance long-term platform investments with short-term product needs and business impact
