Drive multi-product roadmaps; extend core data assets into adjacent lines and use cases.
Translate business needs into actionable product priorities with cross-functional teams.
Define and track product KPIs: data completeness, fill rates, classification, refresh, adoption.
Conduct market research on payer dynamics, benefit design, and regulatory shifts.
Define integration requirements for third-party datasets with vendor-agnostic principles.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product mgmt/healthcare analytics; 3+ years in US payer data products.
Deep understanding of US payer ecosystem, PBM, benefits, and market access.
Experience with formulary, claims, reference data; familiarity with MMIT/IQVIA.
Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and Power BI.
Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing distributed teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
