Senior Product Manager, Privileged Access Management

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and GTM teams to distill feature asks and ensure product-market fit.
• Define and own the PAM strategy and roadmap across cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps tools.
• Prioritize and drive development of new features and integrations with clear requirements.
• Work with engineering and architecture to define connector protocols, APIs, and deployment models.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with design, QA, support, and docs to ship features on time.
• Track industry trends to differentiate Okta PAM with market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management in enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of PAM concepts: credential vaulting, session recording, just-in-time access.
• Proven track record delivering features that drive business outcomes.
• Analytical and decisive with the ability to act with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with research, design, engineering, and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
