📋 Description

• Define long-term platform strategy for policy, billing, and payments.
• Be the platform voice with engineering and leadership; align priorities.
• Lead discovery on complex platform problems using data and user research.
• Own API strategy; ensure reliable, well-documented interfaces.
• Drive solution from prototype to production with data, design, and engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software product management experience.
• Proven ownership of platform or infrastructure products in fintech/insurtech.
• Experience modernizing or re-platforming platforms.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and impact on reliability, scalability, security.
• Vendor management with payment processors or policy vendors.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Bonus: familiarity with Stripe, Braintree, Guidewire, or Duck Creek.
• Bonus: homeowners or casualty insurance knowledge.
