Senior Product Manager, Platform Adoption and Growth (Serverless) - Security Analytics

📋 Description

• Drive adoption and growth of Elastic's Security Serverless via telemetry into platform actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding and large-scale deployments.
• Use experimentation and feedback loops to identify adoption friction and reduce churn.
• Apply understanding of SOC workflows and AI-enabled security to guide AI feature adoption at scale.
• Partner with security, platform, and finance leaders to improve platform efficiency and cost structure.
• Champion Product-Led Growth strategies to optimize the usage-based funnel from trial to enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience for technical products, ideally security or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AI and data tools (Cursor, Claude Code, BigQuery) to analyze data and build dashboards.
• Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, decoupled compute/storage architectures, and petabyte-scale data pipelines.
• Strong ability to use telemetry to understand customer behavior and guide decisions.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation and data-driven iteration.
• Ability to work across engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams.
