Senior Product Manager, Platform Adoption and Growth (Serverless) - Security Analytics

📋 Description

• Drive adoption and growth of Elastic Security Serverless via telemetry-driven actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding and large-scale deployments.
• Use experimentation and feedback loops to reduce friction and churn.
• Apply SOC workflows and AI security knowledge to guide AI feature adoption at scale.
• Partner with security, platform, and finance leaders to improve efficiency and cost structure.
• Champion PLG to optimize the usage-based funnel from trial to enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management for technical products, ideally in security or large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AI/data tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and BigQuery to extract insights.
• Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, decoupled compute/storage, and petabyte-scale data pipelines.
• Strong ability to use product and business telemetry to understand customer behavior and guide decisions.
• Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experimentation and data-driven iteration.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams.
