🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years product management experience
• Own metrics and business outcomes; instrument and improve
• Experience with onboarding or activation-heavy products
• AI fluency; prototype, analyze, and iterate with AI
• Strong product and data judgment
• Clear, effective communicator for cross-functional and exec audiences
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Cross-functional leadership of Engineering, Design, Services, GTM
