- Own roadmap for ActBlue payments platform components across the transaction lifecycle.
- Build core payment infrastructure, APIs, and processor integrations.
- Design multi-architecture payment systems (PayFac and ISV models) with compliance.
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, Payments Operations, and external partners to improve reliability.
- Ensure systems powering donor contributions remain reliable under real-world conditions.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, owning complex systems or platform infra.
- Payments systems/financial infrastructure experience with full lifecycle.
- Experience delivering high-volume payments in fintech/marketplace.
- Knowledge of card networks, processors, ACH, RTP; PCI DSS, NACHA rules.
- Technical fluency with APIs and platform architectures, in partnership with engineering.
- Incident response and production reliability experience.
