📋 Description

• Set direction and vision for Pleo’s payments platform.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and alignment.
• Solve complex payment, risk, and compliance challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and stakeholders for delivery.
• Shape end-to-end customer journeys across payment products.
• Lead by example, staying hands-on when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in European financial services: card issuing, account-to-account payments, e-money, and financial ledgers.
• Clear and purposeful communication to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
• Comfortable solving technical and payment challenges with engineers.
• Balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day details.
• Rely on data and customer feedback to prioritise decisions.
• Knowledge of API design and payment messaging.
