Own the global payments roadmap: auth, routing, retries, tokenization.
Design and scale a multi-PSP platform with smart routing and failover.
Expand payment methods US/internationally, incl. EBT/HSA/FSA and wallets.
Partner with 10–20 engineers to define PRDs and delivery timelines.
Collaborate across Platform, Fraud, Order Mgmt, Loyalty, Pricing, and Subscriptions.
Manage PSPs/card networks; ensure SLAs and PCI compliance.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years PM experience, 3+ years in payments/ecommerce.
Proven track record optimizing payment stacks at scale.
Routing, retries, tokenization, 3DS, chargebacks, refunds.
SQL and analytics to define KPIs and run experiments.
Cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and PSPs.
PCI DSS, card network rules, regional payments/privacy regs.
