- Own the global payments roadmap across authorization, routing, retries, tokenization, disputes, and refunds with KPIs.
- Design and scale a multi-PSP platform with smart routing, failover, and monitoring.
- Expand payment methods in the US and internationally, including wallets and EBT.
- Partner with engineering (10–20 engineers) to define PRDs, scope systems, and PCI compliance.
- Collaborate across Platform, Fraud, Order Management, Loyalty, Pricing/Discounting, Shopper payouts, and Instacart+ to support payouts and changes.
- Manage PSPs and card networks—vendor reviews, terms, and SLAs/compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of product management, including 3+ years in payments/ecommerce.
- Proven track record optimizing payments at scale: auth rates, costs, multi-PSP.
- Hands-on payments experience: routing, retries, tokenization, 3DS, disputes, refunds.
- Data-driven with SQL and analytics to define KPIs and run A/B tests.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and PSPs.
- Working knowledge of PCI DSS, card networks, and regional payments regulations.
