Oversee end-to-end payments experience across customer, ops, and platform.
Define and evolve the payments roadmap balancing needs, compliance, scale.
Lead cross-functional teams with engineering and design to deliver requirements.
Drive backlog prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams.
Partner with processors and payables partners (Adyen, Fiserv, Global Payments).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product management for complex digital products.
Experience building, launching, and scaling payments/fintech products.
Deep understanding of payments ecosystems: gateways, processors, settlement.
Experience presenting to executive leadership.
Agile, cross-functional with engineering; data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
