🎯 Requirements
- BS in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in product management or commercialization.
- Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices (molecular testing preferred).
- Proven PM leadership in life sciences/biotech.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication.
- Ability to develop business cases and basic financial modeling.
