Senior Product Manager, Okta for AI Agents

📋 Description

• Collaborate with AI platform teams and security stakeholders to refine features.
• Define product scope for AI agent capabilities, incl. agent-to-agent auth.
• Prioritize features: dynamic session management and on-behalf-of token exchange.
• Work with engineering to define OAuth/OIDC deployment for AI orchestration.
• Drive cross-functional delivery of features on time.
• Track AI/LLM trends to differentiate Okta's AI identity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management in enterprise SaaS.
• IAM protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML.
• Hands-on AI/ML or LLM-based product experience.
• Analytical and decisive; acts with incomplete or ambiguous info.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
