- Own Name Screening & Payment Screening across onboarding, monitoring and transactions.
- Define strategy and roadmap aligned with domain goals.
- Roadmap across fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto (stablecoins), crypto-to-crypto, and card spends.
- Optimize list sources for sanctions, PEP and adverse media per frameworks.
- Use data and research to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores.
- Leverage AI to improve screening precision: risk-based matching, thresholds and deduplication.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in fintech/payments and regulated financial services.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years working on Screening products.
- Strong knowledge of name screening, sanctions, watchlists, matching logic and thresholds.
- Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated environments.
- Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
- Analytical thinker comfortable with system design discussions.
- Ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- (nice to have) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- (nice to have) Experience building B2B and B2B2C platforms.
