🎯 Requirements
- Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services.
- 4+ years as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years working on Screening products.
- Strong understanding of name screening, sanctions and watchlist concepts, matching logic and thresholds.
- Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services environments.
- Led vendor evaluations, integrations and performance management.
