Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with GIS platforms: ArcGIS Server, PostGIS
Owns the GIS data product roadmap with governance and access models
Translates user needs into data pipelines, metadata, and map visuals
Ensures deliverables support planning, analytics, and decision-making
