Senior Product Manager - Mobile Messaging

📋 Description

• Own partnerships with mobile messaging vendors; manage vendor relationships across regions.
• Identify new vendors to improve cost, reliability, and deliverability.
• Escalate feature requests, influence roadmaps, and drive changes with vendors.
• Lead integration work with engineering for vendor channels and APIs.
• Prioritize Channel Delivery features and manage the roadmap.
• Be a champion for mobile messaging, supporting sales/marketing and client feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management (MarTech or infra-heavy).
• Proven vendor relationships experience, esp. telecom/messaging.
• Familiar with SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and RCS; compliance aware.
• Strong API, deliverability mechanics, and observability tooling.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customers).
• Thrives in fast-paced, global environments with changing priorities.
