Senior Product Manager - Merchant Experience

📋 Description

• Drive improvements to merchant access, features, reporting, reliability.
• Improve merchant-facing experiences: access, authentication, permissions, and core portal workflows.
• Improve agent-facing tools and backend UI for merchants.
• Shape merchant platform and data foundations: experiences, workflows, data.
• Define product direction balancing usability, viability, scalability, system integrity.
• Build scalable, self-serve experiences for most merchants with flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in B2B SaaS or merchant platforms.
• Experience owning UI-heavy products and backend data models.
• Strong product judgment; tradeoffs between speed, quality, scalability.
• Direct customer discovery; translate insights into shipped products.
• Cross-functional collaboration; communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• In-person location requirement: Richmond or Arlington; relocation not available.
