• Legal/financial markets background or PM experience; able to discuss credit agreements and covenants.
• Strategic thinker who defines strategy from scratch and synthesizes ambiguous inputs.
• Collaborative, empathetic leader who works autonomously and manages stakeholders.
• Hands-on AI experience; working knowledge of AI/LLMs; evaluate outputs in high-stakes contexts.
• AI-native; uses generative AI tools for prototyping, research, PRDs.
