Define strategy, metrics, and business cases to grow equities trading and AUM.
Collaborate with legal/compliance to translate regulatory milestones into features.
Lead cross-functional work with engineering, design, and operations.
Partner with marketing to attract new traders via onboarding.
Communicate with executives and translate tech needs into business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years product management in fintech or regulated investing.
Deep knowledge of equities trading and portfolio construction.
Strong collaboration with legal/compliance and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and leadership; mentor PMs.
Experience with prototyping, A/B testing, analytics; AI/ML a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
