📋 Description

• Own the DevX product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap.
• Identify AI, automation, and LLM opportunities to change how engineers work.
• Find leverage to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and developer experience.
• Keep infrastructure reliable and performant to support AI ambitions.
• Define success metrics and drive toward measurable outcomes.
• Build deep understanding of users via research, data, and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years owning strategy/roadmaps for developer tools or infrastructure.
• Track record shipping products that improve developer productivity with measurable results.
• Point of view on how AI will change software development, grounded in experience or thesis.
• Ability to operate independently: set priorities and drive outcomes.
• Technical depth: discuss CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and developer workflows with engineers.
