- Knowledge of cloud computing, data center, virtualization, networking, storage, databases
- Strong communication that persuades internal/external audiences
- Empathize with stakeholders (customers, engineering, sales, etc)
- Enterprise software development experience in Agile
- Technical knowledge: networking, cloud deployments/admin, web security, SSO, SIEM, CASB, firewalls
