Senior Product Manager, In-Store Integrations

📋 Description

• Own the integration roadmap for Connected Stores; set strategy, scope, and priorities.
• Drive end-to-end execution: align teams to deliver complex integrations from discovery to launch.
• Lead external partner alignment: represent Instacart with retailers and vendors; secure buy-in and data contracts.
• Ship first-of-a-kind integrations to power AI products and scale patterns for reuse.
• Establish clear SOWs and SLAs: draft requirements, timelines, and deliverables; manage risks.
• Set and measure success: define KPIs like time-to-integrate, data quality, reliability, and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience focused on backend, platform, or API products.
• 2+ years leading third-party integrations with enterprise customers or vendors from discovery to go-live.
• End-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder integration programs.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to C-suite; running partner scope reviews and SOWs/SLAs.
• Bachelor’s degree; proficient with APIs and data contracts; able to write PRDs.
