- Own the end-to-end Identity Verification platform strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Drive platformization for self-serve IDV rules, requirements, and vendor preferences.
- Manage IDV vendor relationships and optimize routing across Onfido, Au10tix, Persona.
- Lead fraud detection efforts, including AI-based identity checks and e-ID integrations.
- Deliver modular IDV components for multiple CUJs (documents, liveness, facematch, motion).
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and CX to deliver world-class IDV experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years product management, Identity/Verification/Trust & Safety or similar.
- Experience building and scaling platform products with self-serve configuration, APIs, and SDKs.
- Strong technical aptitude to partner with engineering on backend systems and vendor integrations.
- Vendor management including evaluation, negotiating, multi-vendor routing.
- Balance competing priorities across fraud prevention, UX, and cost.
- Strong analytical skills with metrics-focused delivery and decision making.
