🎯 Requirements

- Strong intuition for user needs with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach
- Experience working with data science or risk functions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from incubation to scale
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
