Senior Product Manager I – Enterprise Systems Data

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for data platforms and governance.
• Define system-of-record and source-of-truth strategies across Salesforce, NetSuite, and product systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Eng, and Analytics to improve data quality and availability.
• Lead standardization of data definitions, models, and contracts across Finance and Sales.
• Reduce fragmentation from duplicate pipelines, shadow reporting, and inconsistent sources.
• Drive adoption of data cataloging and governance tooling (e.g., Atlan) and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Info Systems/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or Data Platforms.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems and data models (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday).
• Familiar with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling concepts.
