- 5-8+ years in Product Management with ownership over complex product areas.
- Experience with SaaS/GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Gainsight) and integrations.
- Strong product instincts with user-centered experiences in internal/enterprise tools.
- Ability to operate across technical systems and business workflows; translate between stakeholders.
- Data-driven decisions with outcomes tied to business impact (efficiency, conversion, revenue).
- Nice-to-haves: Rev Ops, GTM funnel design, modern product practices.
