Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across landing, signup, onboarding, upgrades.
Lead structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing); define success metrics.
Partner with Design and Engineering to build growth components (pricing, onboarding).
Drive pricing and packaging strategy; run experiments and upgrade paths.
Expand growth globally; localized acquisition and market-specific offers.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years PM experience in Growth/Monetization or product-led growth.
Proven track record boosting acquisition, activation, or revenue via experiments.
Strong quantitative skills; comfortable defining metrics and interpreting results.
Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing.
Clear written and verbal communication to align stakeholders around roadmaps.
GrowthBook and Amplitude experience for experimentation/analytics.
